Mr. Skaggs is admitted to practice before the state and federal courts of Kansas. He is a member of the Riley County, Kansas and American Bar Associations. He is also a member of the Corporate, Banking and Business, Real Estate, and Taxation Sections of the Kansas Bar Association and the Health Law Section of the American Bar Association.
