Mr. Rosauer has been in practice since 2000 when he entered active duty in the U.S. Army as a Judge Advocate. From 2001 to 2008, Mr. Rosauer served as a prosecutor, defense counsel and the chief of both prosecutor and defense offices in the Army, including four years as a defense counsel and the senior defense counsel at Fort Riley from 2003 to 2007. Mr. Rosauer left active duty in 2008 and served as a public defender in Junction City until joining Weary Davis in September 2009. Mr. Rosauer is a major in the U.S. Army Reserves, and serves as a Reserve military defense counsel. Mr. Rosauer’s primary practice areas are criminal law, both civilian and military, with extensive experience representing soldiers in complex and high profile criminal litigation.
