Mr. Rosauer was born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, in 1974. After growing up on a farm in Iowa, Mr. Rosauer attended Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska from 1993 to 1997 where he also received his commission as a Second Lieutenant in the Army, and then law school at the University of Iowa where he graduated with distinction in 2000. Mr. Rosauer and his wife Shannon have two children and reside in Junction City.
