Mr. Rosauer is admitted before the Kansas and Nebraska Supreme Courts and certified to practice before the Army Court of Criminal Appeals. He is a member of the Kansas and Nebraska Bar Associations, the Geary County Bar Association, and the Kansas Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys.
