Practice History

Mr. Henry has practiced law since the mid-’70s when he was appointed Geary County’s assistant county attorney. In December of 1975, he joined Weary Davis and has focused practice is primarily litigation, including matters involving personal injury, commercial and banking transactions, and landlord/tenant disputes. Mr. Henry also has extensive experience in school law.



Mr. Henry was born in Grand Forks, North Dakota, in 1950 and moved to Kansas in 1960. He graduated from the University of Kansas in 1971, before graduating from the Washburn University School of Law in 1974.
