Practice History

Mr. Struebing has been in private practice since 1977 and his practice is devoted exclusively to the fields of real estate and business transactional law and planning work. He has considerable experience in all aspects of real estate finance including mortgage lending, bond and other public financing, and private-public development partnering. He actively represents developers, property owners, brokers and mortgage lenders in various phases of real estate acquisition, development operation and divestiture, including zoning, leasing, financing, tax planning, like-kind exchanges, sales, sale-leasebacks and purchases. 

Mr. Struebing has extensive experience in formation, reorganization, financing and liquidation of privately and widely held business limited liability companies, corporations, limited partnerships and joint ventures. He represents sellers, buyers and lenders in transactions ranging from those involving family businesses to multi-million dollar start-ups and acquisitions. While the majority of his client base is located in the Midwest, Mr. Struebing is actively sought after on a variety of commercial and industrial real estate deals and corporate transactions throughout the United States because of his well deserved reputation for creativity and problem solving.

 

Personal

Mr. Stuebing was born in El Dorado, Kansas, in 1952. He graduated from the University of Kansas in 1974 with a bachelor’s degree in business and finance and in 1977 with his Juris Doctor.
